Payment Policy

The Digital Media Training Program is a comprehensive four-course, twelve-month training program. The total cost of the program is $10,920.00 (USD), which includes an Adobe Creative Cloud license for use during training.

We offer two payment options:

Quarterly Plan: Four (4) equal payments of $2,730.00 (USD) per course, charged to the authorized credit card on file. Payment is due at the beginning of each course.
Pay in Full: A single payment of $10,920.00 (USD) due at the time of enrollment.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits once enrolled. All pricing is based on continuous enrollment in the training program.

Program Terms

  • The program consists of four courses over twelve months covering Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Animate.
  • Students receive a Certificate of Completion in digital media and graphic design upon successful completion of the program.
  • An Adobe Creative Cloud license is provided for use during training and expires upon completion of the program.
  • Courses are available both online (virtual) and in-studio at our Orlando location.
  • Customer understands, agrees, and acknowledges that enrollment constitutes a commitment to the full four-course training program.

Parental Release Authorization

Release for Interviewing, Photographing, Videotaping/Audio-Recording, and Posting of Student Work

I recognize that, as part of the educational process, there may be times when Digital Arts for Autism, or someone properly authorized by Digital Arts for Autism (such as media representatives), may want to interview, photograph, and/or videotape a student.

Consequently, I grant permission to Digital Arts for Autism and to anyone properly authorized by Digital Arts for Autism to interview, photograph, audio-record, and/or videotape my student during regular school hours on school grounds and/or at student activities.

This grant of permission means that, in addition to other appropriate uses (which include, but are not limited to, inclusion in Digital Arts for Autism publications, promotional materials, advertisements, presentations, and programs), information obtained from the student and the student's likeness and name may be used in conjunction with or by any medium, including print, electronic, radio, television, and online platforms. This form also grants permission for posting student images and work on the Digital Arts for Autism website and social media channels.

I waive any cause of action I may have, or that the student may have, against Digital Arts for Autism pertaining to the reproduction, publication, and/or use of information obtained from the student and/or the student's name or likeness.

Revocation: This release may be revoked at any time during the year by mailing or delivering a written notice of revocation to the Executive Director, Gladys West, at Digital Arts for Autism, P.O. Box 234, Windermere, FL 34786.

Privacy Policy

What Personal Data We Collect and Why

Contact Forms & Enrollment: When you submit a contact form or enrollment application, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone number, etc.) for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or processing your enrollment. This data is not shared with third parties.

Media & Images: If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can potentially download and extract location data from images on the website.

Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies last for one year. When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for one year.

Embedded Content: Pages on this site may include embedded content (such as videos, images, or articles from other websites). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited that website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that content.

Data Retention: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username).

Your Rights: If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obligated to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
